Complimenting the flywheel, the 430 offers 8 levels of manual resistance plus 3 custom target programmes alongside HRC and recovery functionality, making it the ideal bike for steady-state and interval training. Manually adjusted, the 430 offers instant resistance transitions for sharper home cycling workouts.

Operating without the need for mains power, the striking 430 Bike has no restrictive wires, adaptors or sockets; allowing you the freedom to train anywhere in the house with integrated transport wheels making it easily moveable for a better training experience.
